it does a body good

Exercise does a body good, but not when you're in a small living room with two dogs.... this is how my attempt at the exercise video went, the one dog is behind me growling because I'm too close to her sock (which she isn't supposed to have) the other dog decided that when I swing my arms up over my head that I'm inviting him to play.......so I have one dog growling and another dog dancing around me trying to 'catch' my arms....it was an interesting time.
